Nature Trail

This nature trail at Embshaff Woods is really cool because it has an exercise plan along it.

    awww, that seems like it was such a nice outing. I'll bet the kids LOVED it! I love nature trails, it's been a while since I've been on one...I should consider it!! I need the exercise!!
