but... it being my first attempt didn't turn out perfectly. haha I ran our of icing, but really there was more the whole time in the rest of the groceries I hadn't put away yet. I had to take my mom to the hospital this morning because she hopefully had her last surgery today for her kidney stones. On my way back I just bought her a sheet cake to take in for her class. So we ate the rainbow cake this afternoon as a family and sang happy birthday to my newly 4 year old.
It's hard to get a picture of her since she won't put down the little Barbie PDA thing her great grandparents got her for her birthday. It's frustrating, but quite cute.
We are going tomorrow for her 4 year old check up where she will get 4 shots. I haven't told her yet, and I'm a little fearful for her. I wish I could get them for her because shots are no big deal to me, but to my baby? Ugh.
I'm excited to see what percentile she will fall into because she's usually in the 10th percentile for weight and 70 to 90th for height.
Speaking of birthdays, my friend Jamie had her baby last night and her and Riley will share a birthday. That's so fun. Last week I took pictures of Jamie's pregnant belly that I have been intending to share here, but haven't had time to go through and edit any yet. Here's one SOTC (straight out of the camera):
That cake if to cute! IT looks YUMMY!
